Rucking

Ruck [noun]: Short for rucksack, a ruck is a weighted backpack.

Rucking [verb]: Think extreme hiking/trekking. Rucking involves carrying heavy weight in a ruck and moving as quickly as possible, over long distances and varied terrain.

 

So why ruck?

It is a high-impact exercise, which requires strength as well as muscle endurance.

Basically, embrace the suck.

It’s good for you.
